~ All Warm Company rolls are dropped shipped directly and uses FedEx ~

~ Warm Company rolls are not able to be shipped to a PO BOX ~ 

~ Orders will be shipped within 3 business days upon ordering and payment ~

~ Delivery times are not in our control once shipped ~

~ We will provide a tracking number if requested ~

~ Return Policy ~

~ If your Warm Company rolls arrives with the box damaged, please refuse the delivery and let us know ~

 

~ If Warm Company rolls are left in bad condition, please notify us by sending an email us and we’ll take care of it ~

~ All other items may be returned within 14 days for a full refund minus shipping charges  ~ 

~ We will only pay for shipping charges due to an order error on part ~

~ Should you decide to cancel your order,  please contact us within 24 hours ~
